Samantha graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and shortly thereafter completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Certificate of Legal Business Skills at the College of Law.
Samantha’s primary area of practice is in family law. She advises clients on a range of Family Law matters including parenting, property settlements, de facto relationships and divorce. With an astute understanding that Family Law matters can often be stressful and emotion-charged, Samantha takes time to listen to her clients and provide them with realistic and detailed advice in relation to their likely outcomes.
Samantha is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
