Byron graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Science and Law and shortly thereafter completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at QUT.
Byron is an admitted Legal Practitioner and acting Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
Byron has been with Bennett Carroll for two years, specialising in litigation, civil, criminal and family law.
Byron is able to assist in other areas of law, such as QCAT, Commercial, Property, Wills, Estates, Traffic and Vehicle Laws and is someone who is always expanding his knowledge and enjoys assisting clients with any issue that may arise.
Byron’s clients know him for being understanding, interactive, willing to listen, approachable, compassionate and his strong communication skills.
Byron’s interests outside of law include sport, camping and animals.
