Experience :  Warren Tegg was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 1979 and has practised extensively in the fields of Criminal Law and Family Law since that time.

His early experience as a Court representative began in the 1980’s in the Magistrates Court in and around Brisbane.  In particular he was a Duty Solicitor in the Holland Park Magistrates Court jurisdiction for a period of some fifteen (15) years, whilst also conducting a private criminal practice from his offices in Coorparoo.

Warren has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of traffic matters including licence applications, drink driving matters, licence appeals and a host of criminal matters involving the use of a motor vehicle.

His experience also extends to dealing with police prosecutions and those from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions representing clients charged with a wide range of offences under the Criminal Code (Qld).  Warren has extensive experience both negotiating plea deals with the prosecution as well as the conduct of Court proceedings in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts right up to and including the conduct of Trials.
