A business-savvy lawyer can be one of your most valuable investments. Having a lawyer on your side who understands your business and can design targeted advice for you which gets you the outcome you want, as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, will absolutely put you ahead of your competitors.

Alexander’s clients know him for useful, cost-effective, plain English, easy to follow legal advice.

A graduate of the Queensland University of Technology, after completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, Alexander was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia with our CEO, Guy Gibbons, moving his admission. Alexander has since been conferred with a Master of Laws degree with a commercial law emphasis.

Alexander’s primary practice areas include advising real estate agents and businesses, franchising, leasing (transactions and disputes) and business law. He assists a very diverse range of clients who are growing their business or wanting to protect what they have established. Having gained experience in a general practice legal firm, Alexander is also capable of managing deceased estates, conducting estate litigation, buying and selling commercial properties, drafting a wide range of simple and complex commercial documents and providing most other types of assistance that affect people and businesses across Australia.

Favourite quote:

At the most pragmatic level, lawyers are society's professional problem solvers. Lawyers are called upon to make distinctions, to explain how and why cases or experiences are alike or different. Lawyers are expected to restore equilibrium, to be balancers. Every discipline, every profession, every job, and every calling has a cutting edge. At that cutting edge, lines are drawn. Lawyers and judges are society's ultimate line drawers. On one side of the line, the conduct, action, or inaction is proper; on the other side of the line, it is not.
